Office24 Sentier

The project is located in the Sentier district, rich in history and highly connected, close to the Opéra, Saint-Lazare, Châtelet-Les-Halles and République transport hubs. A former 17th-century mansion, the building was split into 2 separate lots in the 19th century: one on the street (with a restaurant on the ground floor and offices on the upper floors), the other on the courtyard (with a sunken garden level, ground and first floor mezzanine levels and office floors from ground to fifth floor).

The rue du Sentier entrance leads via a sheltered passageway to a landscaped courtyard planted with trees and opening onto the building’s main hall. The garden level is organised around a planted patio featuring a multifunctional social floor, a tiered agora, a media studio, open-plan flex-office workstations, a relaxation area, a café and snack bar… On either side of the patio, flex desk spaces on a mezzanine on the ground floor (R+1) can be accessed directly from the lobby. From the ground floor upwards (R+2), all the office spaces benefit from high ceilings of between 2.65 and 3.50 metres.

24Sentier has a strong commitment to the environment, with the use of a number of techniques, including re-use (using elements from the building site), eco-responsible materials and natural materials (wood, wool, etc.).
