130-134 avenue Pierre Brossolette will soon welcome its new tenant. As a partner in the project, Marignan is carrying out the construction work itself, before moving its head office there in 2024 under a firm nine-year lease.

Located in the heart of the Greater Paris area, 15 minutes from Montrouge town hall, the 3,260 m2 office building will be 750 metres from the Paris ring road, close to the future line 15 of the Grand Paris Express and with immediate access to lines 13, 4 and T6.

The 6-storey building, on the corner of avenue Brossolette and avenue Augustin Dumont, will accommodate 298 people, with 10.5 m2 per workstation and 31 parking spaces. In the center of the block, the building will be planted with a garden creating an interaction between interior and exterior.

Last but not least, this New York-style industrial asset, with its partly recycled brick facade, will display strong environmental ambitions with triple certification.
