Located in the heart of the city, Metronom is an 8,100 m2 office building. It is part of the Saint-Sauveur district, where the urban environment is dynamic and changing rapidly, meeting the needs of companies looking to combine accessibility, local services and community life.

The project is based on the restructuring of an existing 10-storey tower, supported by a new building at the heart of the block, and incorporating green spaces. It fits in perfectly with the transformation and redevelopment of this sustainable, socially mixed and attractive neighbourhood.

Metronom will feature a number of outdoor spaces and terraces totalling 380 sq. metres, as well as a 125 sq. metre rooftop offering an exceptional view over the centre of Lille.

The development also includes a brasserie at the foot of the building overlooking Parc Jean-Baptiste Lebas.

The future building has been designed in line with current environmental standards, and is making a tangible contribution to environmental issues with BREEAM Very Good certification, and to social issues with Well and Wired Score Silver certification.
