Mixed useMy Little Nation

This project is a redevelopment of a portfolio asset with a mixed use programme: 1,700 m2 of shops at the foot of the building and 6,100 m2 of offices. The design revolves around two key themes: comfort of use and energy management using geothermal energy.

With its 2 façades overlooking Place de la Nation and Avenue de Taillebourg, inspired by the codes of Haussmann architecture, the building ensures continuitý with the neighbouring buildings.

My Little Nation makes room for outdoor spaces, nature and life, with 600 m2 of planted areas divided into panoramic landscaped terraces, multiplying exceptional viewpoints as well as a 360° rooftop.
